More Bonsai. Still working on making prints from the roll of film I shot last weekend in Tacoma. I love the way the neutral backgrounds didn't distract from the way the trees were presented . The outdoors lighting and an almost studio like setting. I switched lenses on my enlarger from an 80mm to 50mm and the detail was better on the second set of prints I made. Slight selenium toning really warms up the shadows. The scans are pale, virtual representations of the actual prints. I'd love to go back there with my 4x5 camera and take some more .
