PB-4 Bellows with a 105mm bellows lens. The 105mm f4 bellows is the 105mm f4 micro-nikkor without a focusing ring therefore you have to use it with a bellows in order to focus. Not as convenient as a micro-nikkor also rare and rather expensive.
