Thomas,
I just discovered your photography and it is awesome! Thanks for sharing. By any chance, do you know where the dragon gate is located? I would like to try and track down the artist. Thank you, Moira @ teamleadership1@gmail.com
This is on River Forest Drive though you have to look for it because it is at the end of a long driveway but visible from the street. I think the house was once owned by Will Vinton and the gate designed for him. I think.
Just curious, where is Oak Grove? What state/pert of the world. I would love to know more about these gates. They are awesome.
I was just curious about the gates. I would love to know more. Where is Oak Grove, what part of the country? Who lives in this home? That kind of thing.
Oak Grove is South of Portland, Oregon a very old community that grew up around the first inter urban trolley line in the U.S. Powered by electricity generated at the Falls in Oregon City it was also the longest electrical transmission for it's time. I grew up in the area in the 1950's-1970's.

It's on River Forest Road you can explore the area using google maps and maybe you can find it. It's a beautiful area that I remember I used to love to ride my bike through it when I was a boy. I think the home was once owned by the claymation animator Will Vinton.
